Victoria Housing Reserve Fund

A municipal grant program that provides funding for the development of affordable housing projects in Victoria. Eligible applicants are registered non-profit societies partnered with another registered non-profit that will own and operate the housing. Funding is allocated on a per-unit basis up to $500,000 per project.
