B.C. Employer Training Grant

The B.C. Employer Training Grant provides funding to small, medium and large enterprises in British Columbia to support skills training for their workforces, including prospective new hires. Employers receive reimbursement of 80 per cent of eligible training costs, up to $10,000 per employee, with a maximum annual amount of $300,000 per fiscal year. Training must result in increased job security or a better job for current employees or employment for unemployed persons.
