1. Acceptance
By using Inceptium, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Not financial or legal advice
Inceptium provides information about grant programs for reference only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. Grant eligibility and availability change frequently — always verify directly with the grant provider before applying.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, receive, or win any grant. Match strength indicators are estimates only.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Starter is free. Business and Business + Website subscriptions, and the standalone website add-on, are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We do not run free trials, so nothing converts to a paid plan on its own — you are only charged if you choose a paid plan yourself. If you cancel a plan that included a website, your site stays live and editable for as long as you keep the website add-on.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Inceptium to scrape, resell, or redistribute grant data. You may not create accounts for others without their consent. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
Inceptium is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
