What we collect
We collect only what we need to match you to grants: your email address, business province/city, industry, employee count, and annual revenue band. We never collect your SIN, banking information, or personal address.
How we use it
Your business profile is used solely to match you to relevant grant programs and to generate your license checklist. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
AI processing
Your business profile is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, via OpenRouter) to generate grant match scores and business plan drafts. Only your business profile data — never your email or identity — is included in these requests. We use a unique identifier, never your name or email.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run Inceptium: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in Canada), OpenRouter/Anthropic (AI matching and plan generation), and Resend (transactional email such as deadline reminders). We may also use privacy-respecting analytics and error monitoring to keep the service reliable. Each provider receives only the minimum data needed to do its job.
Data storage
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers in Canada (ca-central-1). We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@inceptium.ca. We will process requests within 30 days.
