New Entrant Farm Business Accelerator Program
The New Entrant Farm Business Accelerator Program (NEFBA) provides financial support to new agricultural producers in British Columbia to help them grow their businesses through business planning, development, and growth strategies, as well as cost-share funding for commercial farm infrastructure and equipment. The program operates in two phases: Phase 1 funds business plan development and growth strategy preparation, while Phase 2 offers cost-share funding for infrastructure projects for successful Phase 1 applicants.
