A grant program supporting First Nations in the Columbia Basin to enhance and increase affordable rental housing on reserve through asset management and capacity building, energy retrofits and repairs, and new construction. Funding supports specialized training, equipment, health and safety repairs, energy efficiency upgrades, and capital grants for new band-owned affordable rental housing units.
