BC Hydro provides grants up to $10,000 to municipal governments and Indigenous Governing Bodies within its service area to fund small-scale community planting projects that enhance ecological networks, urban forests, and habitats across British Columbia. Funding covers the purchase of trees, vegetation, and eligible supplies; applicants are responsible for labour and ongoing maintenance.
