The City of Windsor offers financial assistance to homeowners for approved basement flooding protection work on private property, including backwater valves, sump pumps, and foundation drain disconnection. Eligible homeowners can receive up to $3,500 per property (lifetime maximum) after work is completed by a licensed plumber and passes final inspection.
