A federal wage subsidy program that provides non-repayable contributions to agriculture and agri-food employers to hire youth ages 15–30 and provide work experience and skill development. The program reimburses up to $14,000 per youth in wages and benefits, with an additional $5,000 available for youth facing barriers to employment or relocating for the position.
