- Business plan (Micro Business Plan for loans under $50,000; Startup or Growth/Expansion Business Plan for loans over $50,000)
- One-year or two-year cashflow projection
- Three years of financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss) for growth/expansion projects
- Past two years of personal tax returns (for sole proprietors)
- Proof of 20% minimum owner contribution
