A rebate program that provides $200 per motor horsepower for businesses that install variable speed drives (VSDs) on existing motors to reduce electricity consumption. Eligible businesses must have an active commercial electricity account in Newfoundland and Labrador and use a registered electrical contractor for installation.
What you'll need
- Active commercial electricity account
- Distributor, retailer, and/or installer invoice with quantity, manufacturer, model number, and labour costs
- Purchase receipt
- Proof of installation by registered Electrical Contractor in Newfoundland and Labrador
