This program provides subsidies to owners of private industrial land with contaminated soil in two specific sectors of eastern Montréal (Pointe-de-l'île and Assomption Sud–Longue-Pointe) to fund soil rehabilitation and decontamination projects. The City of Montréal covers 90% of eligible expenses for private projects, with no financial ceiling except for former waste disposal sites (capped at $500,000 per project for waste excavation).
