BC Hydro's program provides rebates and funding to non-profit, co-operative, Indigenous, and government housing providers for energy efficiency upgrades in multi-unit residential social housing buildings. Funding covers opportunity assessments, feasibility studies, and equipment upgrades including lighting, mechanical systems, heat pumps, windows, and fuel-switching projects, with a temporary 20% bonus incentive on selected measures until February 11, 2027.
