Site Readiness Program

The Site Readiness Program provides partial reimbursement to property owners in Ontario who complete approved work plans to prepare eligible industrial properties for potential buyers and investment. Successful applicants receive 50% reimbursement of eligible costs, up to a maximum of $25,000 per site, to help attract business investment and expansion to Ontario.
What you'll need
- Proof of registered ownership of the site
- Official plan designation and zoning confirmation
- Municipal sponsorship/endorsement letter
- Chief Planning Official endorsement or delegate authorization
- Service capacity letters from municipality (water, wastewater, etc.)
- Work plan documentation and completion evidence
- Receipts and invoices for eligible costs incurred
