Rental Lighting Rebate Program

BC Hydro's program provides rebates covering up to 50% of eligible lighting retrofit costs (maximum $100,000 per site) for purpose-built rental apartment buildings in the BC Hydro service area. The program includes a free lighting audit, customized business case, and turnkey installation managed by LandlordBC, with incentives paid directly to the contractor.
