Protein Industries Canada co-invests up to 45% of project costs in collaborative consortia developing plant-based food, feed, and ingredients across the value chain—from genetics and crop technologies to ingredient processing and product commercialization. Projects must involve three or more companies, demonstrate environmental sustainability, and support economic reconciliation.
