Ontario Job Grant
The Ontario Job Grant provides funding to employers to train their employees and update their skills, helping businesses adapt to a changing economy. Employers can train existing employees or new hires, with the government covering up to 50% of training costs for larger employers and up to 100% for small employers training previously unemployed new hires. Training must be delivered by an approved third-party provider and is capped at $10,000 per trainee ($15,000 for small employers training previously unemployed new hires).
