Municipal Energy Plan Program

Ontario provides grants to municipalities to develop or update community energy plans that improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and support renewable energy production. The program covers 50% of eligible costs up to $90,000 for new plans or $25,000 for plan updates, with matched funding required from the applicant or other sources.
