A provincial grant program that provides conditional contributions and/or term loans to businesses relocating new operations to Northern Ontario. Funding supports capital construction, leasehold improvements, ICT investments, and related eligible costs, with awards up to $5 million based on job creation, investment leverage, and net economic benefit to the region.
