A rebate program for homeowners in Newfoundland and Labrador who install eligible high-efficiency Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs) or Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs). The rebate is applied as a credit on the homeowner's electricity bill after installation by a certified installer.
