First Nations and Inuit Skills Link Program

This federal program provides wage subsidies to support First Nations and Inuit youth (aged 15–30) in acquiring essential employment skills through mentored work placements, co-operative education, internships, and career exploration activities. Eligible organizations including First Nations communities, governments, non-profits, and private sector employers can receive funding to cover wage costs for youth participants.
