Economic Revitalization Community Improvement Plan

The City of Windsor offers four grant programs to encourage business investment in targeted economic sectors including professional services, renewable energy, creative industries, health and life sciences, manufacturing, tourism, and warehousing. Grants are equivalent to up to 100% of the municipal property tax increase created by the project for up to 10 years, with eligibility based on job creation or business size thresholds.
