Community, Youth and Cultural Funding Program

The City of Thunder Bay provides annual municipal grants to non-profit organizations in social services, youth, and cultural sectors, as well as to individual artists undertaking community projects. Funding is available through three categories: Project Grants (one-time funding for special activities and new organizations), Operating Grants, and Sustaining Grants (for council-approved organizations).
