The CEF Arts Program provides grants to not-for-profit arts organizations in Hamilton across four funding streams: Operating, Arts Festivals, Capacity Building, and Creation & Presentation. Funding supports the operation and programming of professional, semi-professional, and emerging arts organizations, as well as arts festivals and organizational development initiatives.

- Most recent 2 years of financial statements
- Organizational budget and project budget
- Evidence of sustained arts programming history
- Board of directors list
