The Communities Economic Development Fund (CEDF) offers flexible, repayable loans up to $2 million for Indigenous entities and businesses in northern Manitoba to support new ventures, expansions, and projects in infrastructure, natural resources, and local business growth. The program is available to Indigenous partnerships, corporations, limited or general partnerships, and sole proprietors operating north of Manitoba's 21st township or outside Winnipeg.
