The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant helps employers invest in training that enhances productivity skills for current and future employees. Employers receive reimbursement of 50% of eligible training costs (up to $5,000 per employee per fiscal year) for existing employees, or up to 75% (up to $10,000 per trainee) when hiring and training unemployed Albertans. The program covers direct training costs such as tuition, textbooks, examination fees, and approved travel.
