GrantCanada — federal$1,000 – $250,000
A non-repayable grant program for eligible First Nations businesses in Manitoba to support startup, expansion, or acquisition of viable businesses. Contributions cover up to 40% of eligible costs, with additional support available for business planning, environmental assessments, marketing, and training.
What you'll need
- Business plan
- Three years of historical financial statements (for acquisitions)
- Independent business valuation by certified business valuator (for acquisitions)
- Proof of minimum 10% cash equity
- Evidence of 40% commercial loan commitment
- Proof of First Nations ownership (51% minimum)
