Black Entrepreneur Startup Program (BESP)

A loan program funded by RBC and BDC that provides flexible, equity-free financing up to $75,000 for young Black entrepreneurs aged 18–39 to start or buy a business. The program includes free mentoring for up to two years, networking opportunities, business resources, and access to follow-on financing after two years.
