Bitumen Partial Upgrading Program

This program supports technology development that enhances the value of processed bitumen while reducing associated emissions, including partial upgrading technologies and non-combustion product applications. Funding is available to technology developers, industry, SMEs, research organizations, post-secondary institutions, and other eligible applicants working at Technology Readiness Levels 3-7.
