B.C. Farmers' Food Donation Corporate Income Tax Credit

A non-refundable provincial income tax credit that allows farmers and farming corporations in British Columbia to claim 25% of the value of qualifying agricultural products donated to registered charities such as food banks or school meal programs. The credit applies to donations made after February 16, 2016, and is claimed on the corporation's T2 tax return.
