The Alberta Petrochemicals Incentive Program (APIP) provides grants to petrochemical companies to attract investment in new or expanded market-driven petrochemical facilities in Alberta. Grants equal 12% of eligible capital costs and are issued after projects are built and operational. The program supports facilities that use natural gas, natural gas liquids, or petrochemical intermediaries in manufacturing.
